Yippee yahooooooo! We are finally able to move out of the teeny tiny box house!! We made an offer on a new house in Kernersville last week and after a bit of countering back and forth they accepted our offer! Of course, we still have to deal with the DOT which means we can't close on the house and actually move in until August 31. We have to wait to get the money for our current house from the DOT and that may not be until the end of July or early August, so we chose an end of August closing date just to be sure. I'm thinking this will be a good thing - it will give me PLENTY of time to pack everything up in an organized manner. Well at least if I don't wait until the last minute to start packing!!
But anyways that's the update. Can't wait to get into a bigger house and have some room to breath!!
